Me and my family came for a lovely chilled Sunday and all had a fantastic time ! All staff very friendly and helpful Food was spot on. And if you’re looking to have a treatment Sejal gave the best massage I’ve ever had ! ***** DEFO coming again *****

Had a lovely Rejuvenating Spa Day with my best friend ( 2nd time we have been) this time we had a treatment. I had a Tension Bacl Massage with Sejal , she left me feeling relaxed and less tensed - lovely lady would highly recommend. Afternoon tea great , staff very accomadting and always on hand if you need anything. Can't wait to come back a 3rd time x

Amazing!!!! Me and my boyfriend only live down the road but wanted a relaxing spa day. The staff are the nicest staff I’ve ever met. The detail they go to make sure the guests feel relaxed was unbelievable. We can’t wait to go again. We had the day spa with treatment and lunch. The lunch was delicious, waitress so smily and kind. The treatment was brilliant. Thank you for a lovely day.

I have previously posted a 5* review however my most recent visit was a very different experience. When I raised my concerns to the director/general manager a lot of my points were dismissed and there was barely a care for my issues more trying to defend their staff. The service and food have differed in quality than I have previously experienced and the receptionist confirmed they were very short staffed. Came here with friends for a spa day. Tried to book treatments in advance but there were no appointments available and nothing available to book on the day. Swimming pool area is amazing, really beautiful. Had a sparkling cream tea included which was very nice. Not great communication from staff regarding their kitchen and having to preorder meals/snacks so we were unable to have a more substantial meal unless we ordered it at 9am when we arrived - this was not made clear to us on arrival.
