  • I love these classes! Hard work, fun and satisfying! They are different every class aswel which keeps it fun! I joined Thanet Fitness after having my first child and she knew I was post cesarean so she worked with me gradually on what was safe to do and built me up slowly. The difference I've seen to my fitness and body was amazing! I then had another child again post cesarean and I returned to Natalie's classes recently as I know I can can trust her.   • I’ve tried a lot of Bootcamp and CrossFit gyms but Thanet Fitness is my absolute favourite. Every session is different and Natalie is able to get the most out of everyone. Natalie makes sure I do everything properly, that the technique is right and that I am challenging myself. I would encourage anyone to some along and enjoy it as much as I do 😁

  • Nat’s boot camp’s are amazing. Every time is different and you never know what is going to come!!! Never get bored and the time goes so quickly!! I have been going for about 3 years now and never been to 2 the same!! Nat is always quick to spot if you are struggling or have an injury and offers an alternative so you don’t make your injury worse. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend these classes to anyone of any ability x

  • I have been going to nats boot camp for a number of years. I thoroughly love it. Nat is a fantastic trainer, she has dedication & profession. All fitness levels are welcomed. It is a friendly atmosphere. Nat is a very professional & caring trainer

  • From day 1 Nat has been a very professional trainer. From assessing personal circumstances to tailoring the session to suit you requirements. Having not done any boot camps or training sessions, I am finding these to be testing, but am really starting to feel the benefits already having only been going for 5 weeks. Nat really pushes you to reach your goals. Nice group of people also makes the sessions fun. If you want to improve you fitness then give this a go, you’ll have a blast
