My experience has far exceeded all my expectations. From initial contact to my first session. Mr Glasheen has been comforting, reassuring and inspiring. He has catered to my needs and dedicated his time to make sure that I am having the best experience. Anyone who wants to begin their martial arts journey would be in the greatest of hands at TGA.

An astounding home of martial arts for everyone. Very welcoming and humble. I'm new to the area and was keen to start training from a number of years out - consider myself incredibly lucky to have found this as early as I have. BJJ classes in particular are fantastic and you can really tell the teachers there are set on bringing out the best in your own personal journey. My 9 year old son who is ASD started at TGA in May, we have tried a few sports activities previously and nothing has ever stuck and got his interest. He has just passed his purple belt today and he is super proud of himself and most importantly a v.happy boy. I cannot speak highly enough about TGA from the staff, curriculum and facilities. TGA make learning karate fun with their energy whilst ensuring discipline. Thank you Master Glasheen for everything you do, my son has grown in confidence ...

All staff are amazing here, my child is very happy and always excited to come for the next class. I had also seen an improvement into her behaviour since she follows classes with TGA. She is more confident and her self respect is way higher than it used to be. Thank you for everything you do for my child, she loves being in your classes.

My girls started TGA at the beginning of the year my eldest for confidence the youngest for discipline. The change has been amazing especially in my eldest, even the school have commented on how much more confidence she has in her work as well as herself. TGA is not just about martial arts, the instructors treat the kids like there own, they are all like a big family … thank you x
