Terri Yoga

Terri is a great yoga teacher. I always go to her classes forgetting how hard they can be, if I follow all the modification options that she offers. The classes are great for all abilities and there’s no pressure to do everything. Terri delivers clear instructions with a sprinkle of humour and I always come away pleased that I went. Her Zoom classes are also a great way to workout if you can’t make it in person.

Terri has been my sole yoga teacher for the last 3 years. I have taken yoga classes with several practitioners from TriYoga but none of them hold a candle to Terri. Terri is a great yoga instructor who covers all abilities and levels in her classes with a down to earth and light hearted approach. Her outdoor classes in the summer are a particularly favourite!

I have been attending Terri’s yoga class for three years, including during lock down on Zoom. I was trying several other yoga classes before I found Teri. The way she teaches is great, tactical and well thought about. I love and enjoy her class! I am so delighted I found her! Terri is an incredible yoga teacher. She puts so much care and attention to making every class unique, creating new flows that focus on different elements and always has a new trick up her sleeve to keep us on our toes!
