Ed is an excellent PT. My performance has come on massively since I’ve been seeing him- his attention to detail is second to non. I see him 3 times a week & recently went ski-touring; my recovery and performance was better than it would have been even 15 years ago - this really showed me how important S&C is to overall performance…. Can’t thank Ed enough.

Ed trains my husband and I at our home. He has created fitness plans to help us reach our goals. He is punctual and flexible. His aim is always to understand the individual and tailor the sessions to suit. His fitness and wellness knowledge is excellent. Definitely recommended!

Ed has created a program unique to my requirements, he has been able to adapt to my working hours and to the fact I have a complex knee injury. He is easy to have a laugh with and somehow makes the gym seem, slightly less terrifying!

Ed is a great PT with a deep understanding of how to design a great programme and coach an individual to achieve their goals.
