Choosing to take my Labradors to Jean and Bruce has been an awesome decision. In only a couple of weeks my dog walks have gone from being a bit of a tense nightmare, to being a more pleasurable time with them. I am going to continue my (YES - MY ) training with Jean and Bruce, until I perfect being the pack leader. THANKYOU BOTH XX

Betsy has made has made great progress since we started seeing Jean. We wanted some help to get Betsy more confident (and controllable) when we were out and about particularly in her interactions with other dogs. She is now walking brilliantly on the lead and is listening and responding to voice commands. Jean is one amazing lady. I have 2 dogs - a Jack Russell & a pug cross Jack Russell. They were wild when I first went to Jean but a couple of sessions on they are different dogs thanks to Jean's vast experience and knowledge.
