Clean Gym! Super Reasonable Prices. Great Staff and Equipment. Provides towels and spray to wipe kit down. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, staff always happy to help. Able to buy drinks, shakes, powders etc behind counter. No Shower facilities, but bathroom is clean and well maintained with plenty of floor space if you need to change at the gym so it works well.

Trained at Tedd’s gym for about a year. It has everything you could need. Awesome equipment, all the cardio machines and a yoga room. Highly recommend if you’re in the Deeping area.

Best gym around the area by a long way. Amazing hospitality, amazing people. Has every piece if equipment you could want in a gym!!!!!!

Been a member for six months now. Had never been to a gym before. Owner, staff and other users are very friendly and helpful. I now go 5 days a week. Easy parking and reasonable membership prices. Would recommend.
