I decided to give this place a try seeing as I have been to a few places and stayed for a little while but always been I wanted more… well it seems this place is just that. The atmosphere when I first walked in was sooo relaxed and you didn’t have all the eyeballs on you seeing as your a ‘newbie’ I was very fortunate to be paired with a brilliant boxer called Josh and he spent the time with me to just basically point out a small thing I needed to do… love this place so far the coaches really ...

An absolute amazing gym with a great atmosphere. I’ve known the coach (James) who used to travel to Bedford to do a few boxing sessions there. So happy and proud of the team that he’s got around and what he’s built. Got all the trust in the world in himself and the team around me - always bringing out the best confidence in yourself, regardless of age, skill and gender. Great gym, great people, great atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend higher even if I could. Top class 🥊

Class gym great facilities and a coach who actually knows what he's doing😅. Would 100% recommend to people starting.
