Having had previous health issues I was always very hesitant to approach fitness exercises again even though I wanted to. Craig was very reassuring and adjusted circuit class exercises to suit me and my abilities, whilst at the same time still making me feel a part of the class/team. He is so encouraging and really does focus on the individual (not one size fits all). I would recommend Team Machine Fitness to everyone.

Craig was great. I worked with Craig for a while to gain confidence with weights and lose the belly! On the odd occasion my wife could join me, Craig altered the session to a pairs workout. Craig set out workouts, that were technical, challenging and enjoyable. I would recommend his training to anyone. Aside from everything, Craig is a lovely, genuine bloke with a well stocked gym.

Since working with Craig my motivation and fitness has improved massively. I’m more confident in my body since having a baby and can’t wait to see where the next 6 months takes me working with him. I 100% would recommend working with him if you have a goal to reach, want to lose weight or even improve your fitness.
