Matt has been helping both my wife and I improve our physical wellbeing. I've been training with Jenny for a while now, and she's fantastic. Whilst she pushes me to work hard, she's really nice about it; she's really encouraging, rather than being shouty and mean! She makes our sessions fun, and we're usually so busy chatting, the exercise doesn't feel like a chore. Jenny also tailors each session based on how I'm feeling, keeping it varied and working with any issues I'm having (like joint problems).
