Teachers First

TF have been very good since I joined them. I am a supply teacher who works for an agency who payroll through TF. They helped with pensions, holiday pay and with furlough when times were hard. Alex & Lee have been very clear throughout and have reduced the stress levels during a very stressful time. Keep up the good work, guys. Rebekah in particular is just lovely. She solves issues quickly and has beautiful manners. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Recently i needed some help with a work matter and i was fortunate to have my call answered by Ms Carpenter. She patiently answered all my queries over the phone and then very soon after action-ed what she promised to do to help me with my inquiry: in providing me with all the documents I requested. She performed her role with excellent professionalism and consideration. I endeavor to perform in my role with such a good example

Teachers First are extremely helpful and responsive. Communication has always been clear and they really value their teachers and enployees and do their utmost to put them first!

Great experience so far with Teachers First, if I have had any issues previously they are straight onto it and get it resolved as quickly as possible. Also feeling extremely lucky to have been furloughed during these uncertain times as I know a lot of agencies haven't been as generous - this make me feel secure.
