I’ve been working with Tom now for just 5 months and we have made phenomenal progress. If you’re looking for someone to transform your physique whilst supporting you fully along your journey, I’d definitely recommend getting started with him!

I started training with Tom last year to improve my confidence in strength training and using gym equipments. He’s been supportive , helpful and is engaging during sessions. He creates personalised plans based on your requirements and your ability . He is flexible with your preferences of dietary choice or workout routine . I feel much more confident now on weight training independently. I’d definitely recommend him if you need any guidance in your fitness journey .

I’ve been working with Tom for 10 weeks now and cannot recommend him enough. He really knows what he is doing, and after running the programme which he put together for me, I’ve seen massive improvements in my strength. Tom always responds to whatsapp messages really quickly, and checks-in with me every week. I have worked with Tom for a number of months and would highly recommend him as a PT. Having previously only taken part in gym classes, Tom has helped to build my confidence in using weights and has provided support to help continuously improve and reach my goals. His dedication over the past few months of the gym being closed has also been second to none and without his help I’d have lost all motivation. I highly recommend training with him!

Having recently signed up with TD Fitness Pro I can honestly say Tom is a great trainer. He pushes you in every session and combines that with fantastic nutrition advice! He is knowledgeable on exercise technique tweaking movements so you feel the right muscles work. Definitely recommend.
