  • I wanted to lose weight and improve muscle tone for a few years. I'd tried a few personal trainers but their approaches didn't really stick. But Sinead was very different. She focused on my habits instead of just teaching me a bunch of routines. Her approach was much more thoughtful than I'd experienced before. The results were quick, clear, and most importantly, sustainable. I'd recommend her highly!

  • I was fortunate to have Sinead as my Personal Trainer when she worked at Nuffield Gym in Peaches Close. Sinead and I had 1 PT per week and I always looked forward to the session. My goals were to increase my stamina and general fitness. My sessions with Sinead were hard work but great fun and really enjoyable.
