I worked with Dan after losing my motivation to go to the gym and knew I needed to stop eating/drinking so much rubbish as well. Dan gave me a nutrition plan and made me realise exactly what I could achieve in the gym. I previously always said "I cant do that"...Dan made me realise in fact I could! If you're looking for PT that gives professional advice but also will actually get to know you, give Dan a shout. Cheers for everything 👍🏋️♀️💪

I’ve trained with Dan for over 2 years now. He came on high recommendation from a friend in the industry and has lived up to his reputation. He works with all levels of competence and actually competes in high level competitions himself - demonstrating that he practices what he preaches. Very down to earth guy with a wealth of knowledge and a track record of assisting people hit their goals.

I first started training with Daniel in November 2016, I was really scared of going to a ‘normal’ gym because I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing or where on earth to start!
