Joe is a very dedicated and knowledgeable PT, due to his professional qualifications and his degree his understanding about the body and nutrition are a step up from other PTs I have used. His strength work and different cardio workouts adapt over time, so sessions are never the same, and his boxing background make the pad work the most enjoyable part. Works out are fun and he is easy to get along, the only thing I would change about Joe is the football team he support - but I guess nobody is...

I have been working with Joe for 2 years now and have lost over a stone and a half and lost a dress size, my body looks trimmer. It's not just the weight, I feel great, on a high definite high after each session. Joe offers a full nutritional package, which is invaluable. As a coach he is the best, ensures the workouts are applicable and definitely enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe.
