Tash Sekar is now the only yoga instructor I will use - very experienced, professional. Great 1:2:1 classes which helped me to relieve stress and anxiety. Tash has such a positive, calming and grounded vibe.

Tash's classes are pure joy to attend. Her focus' on calm, gentle movements helps me truly relax, calm my nervous system and any stress that I may be facing. I also find they are perfectly balanced with opportunities to challenge myself in my practice if I feel like it. Tash's friendly and joyful presence always makes me feel welcome in her classes. I walk out of a class feeling more grounded, calmer and happier in mind and body!
