I started training with Neil in 2022 with quite a short timeframe, in preparation for an event. He conducted a thorough assessment of my requirements and expectations and tailored a plan to sensibly achieve my goal, with guided resistance training, focussing on technique and ability and calorie deficit guidance. I wanted to build up strength in my legs and core after knee replacements. It wasn't just my fitness that was low but my muscle mass. Neil worked out a programme that would work for me and the difference in less than a year have been amazing. Everyday tasks are much easier and I can walk a fair way with confid3nce and no sticks.
