I have to say, I am blown away by the positive impact that Tom has had on my teenage sons. Previously rather lazy, he has absolutely inspired them to become fit and motivated young men. They have really taken on board his advice, not only about exercise, but nutrition and general health and wellbeing too. They absolutely look forward to their sessions every week as their confidence has grown no end, over the past year. Am truly grateful to him. Tom is an absolutely awesome PT.

I have been training with Tom for six months. I was new to the world of PTs and he immediately put me at ease with a tailored training and nutrition plan. I have improved my fitness, stamina and strength under his expert guidance and I feel healthier and stronger. The physical improvement is also a tremendous plus. I have been seeing Tom for over 3 years now. He is empathetic, motivating and a tone of fun. He is passionate about getting the results you want and his knowledge, experience and advise will get you to achieve them. Each year I am stronger, fitter and more confident than the last, lifting weights that I never thought I could and that is down to him! If you want to improve your fitness or strength correctly, then I recommend Tom. He is a great personal trainer.

Tom is a brilliant Personal Trainer. I'm not generally that keen on exercise, but he keeps me motivated, interested and my strength and fitness are transformed by his training. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, motivation and keeps pushing me further than I think I can go, so my weightlifting numbers rise even when I'm not expecting them to! He is fun and completely focussed, and the gym is a large, bright and open space with loads of parking and lots of equipment. Training...

I have now been training with Tom for just over 2 years. I’ve always disliked the usual gym environment, however, I love training at his studio. It’s a nice peaceful and calm environment which allows me to focus completely on myself during my sessions. Tom is always there to encourage me and motivate me.
