Tamworth Phoenix American Football Team

My son loves being part of the Phoenix phamily. He joined at 13 & from day 1 was welcomed, encouraged & made to feel a part of the team. Now 15, his enthusiasm remains & the family feeling is just as strong, with no small thanks to Suzi, Stephen & the team of fantastic coaches. Huge thanks to everyone!

Our Son Aaron has been a part of the Phoenix Family for over a year now. He has been in several other sports at different levels and never felt more part of a team than with Phoenix. From the Coaches to the parents and other players it’s a real team spirit and they really support each other. In training and on game days it’s a team atmosphere which is wonderful to be part of. We’d recommend anyone of any age to Join as there’s a place for everyone to be part of a real sporting family 🧡

Fantastic, welcoming club. My son and nephew have just completed their first season at flag and thoroughly enjoyed it and both have improved enormously from the positive environment and knowledgeable, patient coaches. 5⭐

My son joined this team 3 years aged 13, the coaching and support from everyone was fantastic. We had very little knowledge of American football at the start, but this was not an issue. Coaches, managers, parents, other players, everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and we quickly felt at home. My boys both play for Tamworth Phoenix (U16 Contact & U14 Flag) and LOVE it. The coaching team are exceptional and supported by a dedicated management team - they all make us feel part of the Phoenix 'Phamily'. I would definitely recommend giving American football a go and if you are looking for a fantastic team - Phoenix is definitely it!
