What an amazing woman and a brilliant trainer. We had a home one-to-one visit from Diane and we attended the six week puppy course. I cannot fault the content, all followed up with videos, emails and handouts so we can practice more and refer back if any problems going forward. I completed the puppy course and the tricks course, my girl loves it. She was able to learn new skills and Diane ensured we had handouts for every task so we could refresh our memories in the future.
