Absolutely love all of my training sessions and getting so much out of them. I genuinely enjoy going to the gym now and feel a lot more confident when I’m there and using different equipment. I’ve only been training with Joshua for a short while and already noticing positive changes in my body and mindset. Excited to continue working towards my goals. Would highlight recommend!

A very detailed, professional and above all else a caring personal training service provided. Every area of training/coaching was bespoke to my own needs whether it was time constraints/lack of access to kitchen or a gym. Joshua is a fantastic trainer with a positive attitude which empowers you to work harder. As someone who was intimidated of the weights area before, after personal training with Joshua and gaining knowledge from him, that feeling has diminished and its now my favourite area in the gym. I really enjoyed my few months with Joshua and couldn't recommend him enough, if you have any fitness goals in mind, he's your man to help get you to success! 💪

With Josh you get more than a professional trainer, he is a coach that takes a holistic approach to your health, strength and wellbeing. I like his attention to detail that can and does make the difference, the support outside of the routine session, the access to additional material online and check-ins to ensure you are ok. I've been training with Josh for over a year, and he has supported me in completely changing my attitude to training and nutrition. I now have the confidence to train alone in the gym which I had never had before. Josh pushes me to want to constantly improve and build on my progress, would recommend to anyone!
