I’ve been practicing various martial arts for nearly 40 years and decided to revisit Tae Kwon Do ( had reached blue belt in 1991). Old age was catching up with me and I could feel my body and legs stiffening up. In just a few weeks of training I can feel my flexibility returning and the feeling of well being is fantastic. The Instructors are great and the club atmosphere is friendly and without egos which is a pet hate of mine. Highly recommended!
