Synergy Gymnastics Club

I have been looking for an adults gymnastics class for ages, as I used to go in Orpington, but that's very far from central London. They have a few different levels and timetables, so you're sure to find something that suits you. I've worked with about 5 different coaches, and they've all been great. Can't recommend the classes enough. Alternating with stretching and conditioning to finish off is a great touch! Good change up of the routines too.

Amazing and supportive coaches, great atmosphere and fantastic equipment. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their skills or get into gymnastics for the first time! You won’t regret it!

Southwark gymnastics club is an excellent friendly gymnastics club in London. The adult classes are scalable to accommodate beginners and people of any age. They have created the right balance between learning proper technique and freedom to enjoy yourself.

Poor - took my 3 year old and felt that she was being overlooked at times by some of the staff. Can never speak to anyone on the phone. Bought 10 class passes and after only using 1 was told they would be cancelled and I would have to book a monthly membership at a higher price. During Covid was not informed officially that classes would be ending. not run very well communication is poor.

My daughter have gymnastics here and she loves it. Nice young people running the place ,very responsible and supporting your kids .
