  • The personal training at SYNERGI gym is highly recommended. I did not know anything about weightlifting, nor nutrition or diet. I booked 10 personal training sessions with Matt, who taught me how to weight lift properly and also gave me a nutritional diet plan. The results I have had have been amazing, I have lost inches, but not only that, my mind feels great aswell! I now look forward to my gym sessions every week!

  • I can’t recommend the personal training at Synergi enough! Verity is a wonderful coach who thinks about all aspects of your fitness (training, diet, sleep, cognitive load etc...) when devising and maintaining your plans. She adapts the plan as necessary to fit any changes to your weekly routine and is at all times encouraging and friendly (but she also knows how to push you to your limits and then some) !
