First taster session for gymnastics and Nia loved it. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere when you first enter. Super friendly and helpful team. Amazing dance school. Amy and all the teachers there are just amazing. We feel part of a wider family and they have brought my daughters confidence on massively. Amy of Sylk Dance hosted monthly street dance sessions for our youth group of young people with Down’s Syndrome for a number of years. Her sessions were always well adapted yet still challenging, joyful, educational, and something that helped our young people enjoy learning, moving and making friends. I’d highly recommend Amy and her classes! ☺️

Our daughter started cheerleading around age 5. It's been brilliant 👏 Perfect for making friends outside school, staying fit, building confidence and learning that practice makes hou better. She learnt teamwork skills and the annual shows are just brilliant. Highly recommend any of the classes, Amy runs such an amazingly inclusive dance school.
