I have been training with James for nearly two years even through lockdown we moved to virtual sessions which was just amazing. James pushes you but is very conscious of your limitations. I am fitter and stronger than ever. The cabin is fantastic with all the kit you could possibly need. James makes training hard fun I would recommend without any hesitation.

James has dealt with my bad back for years, by building core strength. I would recommend him for his professional approach and sound advice. Over the last years he has worked with my kids and my husband also helping each one of us become fitter and build resilience .

I have completed personal training with James for the past 10 years, during that time james has remained committed, professional and above all genuinely interested in what I wanted to gain from my training. Training with James is an amazing experience, I leave the session, full of energy, (I normally train early in the mornings and I have no energy when I arrive) and with added knowledge & understanding of fitness and food! And keeping update with the world! I would highly recommend Switch Fitness to up your fitness regime.

Can’t speak highly enough of James and the Switch Plan. End goals are not only realistic but easily achievable. No type of training or food is ‘off bounds’ and the simplicity of his fitness and diet plans are second to none! The cabin he works out of is ideal for PT and have never worked with a PT that matches James’ communication and his desire to see you succeed.
