Used the Bike Hub yesterday for the first time and was highly impressed with how friendly and approachable the staff were, we hired two boys bikes and helmets luckily they were available as it’s best too book on busy days. Also used the bike wash which is here, well needed after a session on the trails. Parking is reasonably cheap but it can get very busy so come early!

The bike hire was great value and the bike in top condition. A few people have said the trails aren’t well marked but the area isn’t huge so it’s not like you’re getting lost in the wilderness. And on a bike you’re never really lost, just exploring new routes! Trails are good - challenging enough but not so much that a young or novice rider is going to struggle. 10 year old daughter found it tough but manageable Looking forward to going again.

Great MTB centre. Parking is £3.10 for 4 hours I think. Cafe is good but outside seating only. There's a go ape and kids centre too. The MTB trails are what I went for, good trails, nothing too technical, perfect for beginners.

The Summit area and trails are well maintained and constantly evolving. The coaching staff are really helpful.

Best quality hire bikes I've used. Very good brakes, new plus size tyres, dropper post and 1x12 gears. Clearly care about the quality of the bikes, and the service was quick and friendly.
