Annabel totally changed my approach and mindset to fitness; her sessions are varied, fun, effective and her amazing encouragement helped me get the results I wanted!! If you want someone who listens to your needs, adapts sessions to suit you and provides a fun and motivating fitness plan then Annabel is your woman! I would highly recommend!! Xx

I wasn’t sure what to expect as have never really done PT before, but Annabel created really interesting and challenging sessions that balanced strength and cardio to help me target the right muscles. Over the 10 sessions, I gained so much strength but also learnt so much and now feel a lot more confident to go into the gym and lift weights by myself. Annabel is a great personal trainer - we loved that she tailored our sessions to our personal needs! Every session was different and well thought out. She also taught us a lot about form so that we can do similar workouts independently!

Have trained with Annabel for half a year now I have seem a massive difference to my level of strength. Each week the exercises are varied and fun. Annabel is hugely knowledgeable, flexible with location and timings, basically the best personal trainer I have had!

I have been working with Annabel for the better part of a year now. She is a fantastic personal trainer that tailors her workout plans to suit my needs. She finds the perfect balance of cardio and strength to keep me moving towards my goals. Annabel is very flexible as she offers both park and at home workouts and ultimately goes over and above for her clients in all aspects of her job. I highly recommend her as a PT.
