Found the classes were varied, enjoyable and fun, have never been to the same session twice, not quite sure how the coaches manage that but they do!   • I had been doing work outs at home for the past 2 years as I have always hated the usual gyms, but I wanted to find something that would push me more as I was getting complacent, then I discovered Sweat It and have not looked back. I love the small group training sessions because you have a trainer able to focus on the small amount of people there, correct you and push you.   • We both joined on the 30 day trial and are now absolutely hooked! We love the place, all the trainers are so friendly and helpful and everything is tailored to you. They work hard on your technique and completely understand the level you are at making sure you don’t over do things but also challenging you.   • Having finally taken the plunge after years of my wife telling how amazing Sweat-It I can honestly say she was spot on. The small group PT really works for me as you train in a friendly environment that encourages you to want to push yourself hard.
