In Bristol for work and was looking for a Crossfit gym I could go to for a drop in class. Sam is a brilliant coach and he helped improve my rope climb attempts more in the 15 minutes I spent with him than 4 years of crossfit in other gyms 😂 he's really friendly and chatty and was great at motivating everyone in the class. Favourite gym I've ever trained in. Well maintained, everyone who goes there is really friendly, staff are knowledgeable and supportive. People training for a whole range of purposes - acrobatics, calisthenics, jiu jitsu, boxing, MMA, handstands - so no agro meatheads to be found. Have recommended to so many friends!

Great space with lots of new kit . Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff and coaches. I'm sure they'll do really well.

Having trained in martial arts for nearly 30 years I can honestly say that the atmosphere and facilities at the gym are top class. For every level from beginners to professional they always make time to help you and listen to what you need. Some gyms just seem to care about the “athletes “but every one gets a warm welcome in my experience. Can’t recommend it enough.

Considering its strong martial arts bias it's much more than the old style spit and sawdust venue! The teaching staff are very welcoming, and so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Most have competed and can bring their experience and technical knowledge to each session. Cannot say a bad word against ...
