  • Sven delivered an excellent PT session. The PT session was thorough, super-informative and easy to follow. Sven also provided me with a Workout Plan, which I can refer to when I'm in the gym, and to monitor my progress. Sven is a true Fitness Professional. He was motivating/supportive and understood my fitness objectives.

  • Sven was a pleasure to train with today. He was informative, understanding, humorous and took time to really listen to what I really wanted to get out of our session. I don't like the gym much, and with Sven's guidance I feel more at ease. I would recommend him to anyone as a PT.

  • I would highly recommend Sven as a trainer. I booked regular training sessions when I started obstacle racing and needed somebody to really push me out of my comfort zone. I was amazed how quickly i saw results and managed to push my limit further and further.
