About Sutton Uplift
Sutton Uplift is an integrated community based mental health and wellbeing hub which is accessible to anyone over the age of 18 living in the borough of Sutton or registered with a Sutton GP. We offer services to those with common mental health problems or with severe mental illnesses such as psychosis, bipolar disorder and to those with personality disorders. Sutton Uplift is a partnership between the NHS and local voluntary sector organisations focusing holistically on supporting your mental, physical and social needs. Our teams work closely with GPs, social services, the voluntary sector and other organisations to offer personalised treatment and care in a more joined up way. We can support your mental health and wellbeing needs through a number of ways including Self-management courses, education and training Evidence based psychological therapies Psychiatric assessments and mental health evidence-based treatment pathways Recovery and wellbeing support including employment and welfare benefits advice Peer Support Physical health assessments and advice
