I have recently completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification through the job center with this training provider for 4 weeks. I recently completed my customer service level 3 with SCT and i have had a brilliant experience. My assessor Reena was amazing and really helpful. I have now enrolled onto my Management Level 3 and look forward to completing it.

I had Tracey as my tutor and she was brilliant. A big help and did not feel pressured at all throughout the whole of my 2 qualifications I did here.
