  • Sussex performance centre has really helped me with my weight loss. With Harry’s help I have so far lost over 3.5 stone. The way it works with the one on one session really makes me feel more comfortable actually going to a gym, learning what to actually do rather than going to a packed gym just staring at the equipment not knowing what to do.   • SPC is such an amazing community and awesome place to train! The facilities are excellent and the team provides a really varied training program throughout the 12 week block. The sessions can be tough but are always fun. I have noticed a marked improvement in my overall fitness and feel more confident now using weights at SPC and on my own.
