My girls and I have spent a lot of money with you over the years , my last itder during the pandemic an item was missing, when I contacted them was basically called a liar because an item was missing. Terrible attitude , will never use them again real shame because lovely stuff

Ordered some pom poms, not cheap at £15 a metre, they arrived with 3 faults. Company refused to pay for return, refused to resend order if i sent pom poms back and only offered me a 50 cm replacement. This never arrived. shocking customer service. Ebay treat their customers with more courtesy. will not be ordering from them again.

I was very disappointed when my garden furniture arrived as it was damaged. Being an expensive outlay I was even more disappointed I was only offered a £50 voucher as this would not of covered the cost to make repairs. However today Susie Watson herself telephoned me to apologise and offered me a full refund, I explained that I love the furniture and would like a replacement on the damaged items, we talked through the different options and I am happy to say I will have my replacement delivere...

I love this company. Despite the diverse range of products, (and I have jugs, curtains, walllpaper, paint, candlesticks, pillow cases etc) that I have bought over the last ten years, somehow everything works with each other and all with all my other stuff. I think it is down to the utterly brilliant sense of colour that Susie clearly has. It is also the Susie Watson things that get the most compliments. Can’t recommend enough.

I have been a client for many years and have always loved the designs and colours. The shops display the products beautifully and are a pleasure to go into . I have used the paints which has a range of very clever colours and many of the wonderful fabrics and wallpapers . I have a collection of pottery, cushions , glass, tablecloths and napkins . I have yet to buy any furniture as I don’t need it but I think the designs are fantastic.
