Having had a baby 8 months before signing up with Lonzi I was looking to shed some pounds and improve my fitness. Not only did both those things happen, but I also learned so much about weight lifting techniques, how to push myself and how I am so much stronger than I thought I was! I feel powerful and confident and can’t thank him enough :)

Before starting such intense training, I had no real core strength, or real inclining to push myself that much further, but working with lonzi has give me so much more confidence in wanting to better myself. He works with you to achieve your goals, pushes you harder to get to them and all around looks after you! He has helped me get in better shape both through intense training and through diet, and seeing the results has made me want to continue more so, would highly recommend him to anyone ...

Before I started training I had no core or upper body strength, but since I started, I’ve become stronger, more balanced, more flexible and confident in myself. It’s changed my outlook towards fitness and has helped shape my general mindset to think more positively and always push myself that little bit further. Lonzi is always looking out for me and helping me improve my technique and work through any struggles I have.

I have completed my first 12 sessions and seen fantastic results in just 6 weeks of training twice a week. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to start on their fitness journey whether that be for physical or mental health reasons. Extremely supportive and always pushes you to your full potential. Be prepared to be pushed and work hard every session and you will achieve your goals.
