Very nice gym for beginners and advanced athletes, the coaches are friendly and helpful, the training is perfect to improve body performance and Muay Thai skills. There are a lot of classes, from fundamentals, pads work, circuits, clinch, sparring and yoga. Or there is a little space used only for weights. Also they have good quality equipment and a ring. Is an individual sport but you can feel part of a team training at the Super Fire gym.

Amazing gym, amazing coaches, everyone is friendly, feels like one big family. Great in depth training from a coach who you can tell really loves the sport. Best muay thai gym in reading, without a doubt

Liam’s a great coach and the gym culture he’s developed here is super friendly, disciplined, and fun for all levels of Muay Thai. It’s fully equipped with changing rooms, bags, pads, and a ring - I highly recommend for anyone starting out or already experienced in martial arts.

Absolutely belting gym, brilliant place to train and learn the art of Muay Thai. The more advanced people are always happy to help others and there's a proper buzz in the gym at all times. The gym has recently moved to a new place, with a huge ring and mat area, even has weights if you just want to go and do some strength and conditioning. Classes are on every day a...

I have been hooked ever since, the classes and training cater to all levels, I train just for fun and fitness but others fight professionally. It's such a welcoming and friendly environment - I work from home so it's nice to head to the gym in the evenings to socialise and work out. We've just moved to a bigger premises but I'm so glad we haven't lost that small, frien...
