Grant is a great teacher and I really look forward to my weekend sessions (on line ).The yoga is great and the meditation at the end is just wonderful a fantastic way to end (and start the week ) Thankyou my asthma has virtually gone and the shoulder workouts are keeping my wonky shoulder moving.

I love the yoga and meditation classes with Grant. He is such an attentive and caring teacher, he explains well how to do each position and the benefits attained from them. I feel so much more relaxed and calm after every session. I have practiced yoga and meditation on and off for years but can with heart on hand say that I have never experienced such deep and effective meditation anywhere else. Grant’s yoga classes are fantastic. The studio space is calming and peaceful. Grant is funny and friendly; his style is very relaxed so there is no competitive yoga here! The class does as much for the mind as it does for the body. I’m really glad to have found this place. Highly recommend.
