Feeling the anxieties and stress of covid etc, I was desperate for a treatment. I normally have hot stones (which she is amazing at, best I've ever had) but Laura was under new guidelines so suggested reflexology. So I gave it go. Never had it before, but WOW! I had a fantastic massage with Laura. She knew where all the tension was and I went away with leftover essential oils to use at home. Some great vegan and environmentally friendly products in the shop too!

Visited the Eco shop here today. There's bulk refill containers of washing liquids, shampoo and they only sell these in glass containers, a good way to cut down on plastics purchase. All nicely laid out, and nice to browse
