After many bad driving instructors, i finally found Jay!!. He's such a kind and patient instructor. He takes his time and explains things to meet learners' learning styles. I have never felt rushed or stressed during a lesson. He uses algorithms and metaphors to make things memorable ( not just generic ones).He's helped me overcome my driving fears and helped me to be more confident. I would highly recommend Jay if you're looking for a good , calm, collected teacher who won't give up on you.

I must admit Jay is an amazing instructor, very calm and makes lessons so fun, learn allot of skill to pass, I 100% guarantee that if you have him as your driver instructor you will be on the right path to learn how to drive an become confident on the road, and pass first time like I did but most importantly Thank-you for all your hard work.

Jay is one of the finest instructors of Derby. He has taken loads of efforts to teach me and within 8 months I was able to pass my driving test without any faults. I started lessons with Jay with only 3 months until my theory test ran out in November, having 3 other instructors before hand. Jay put as much effort and care in as I did, he made me feel so at ease and not only taught me how to drive but educated me on driving and really helped me understand the car and the rules of driving.
