I had the pleasure of being taught by Sandra for a week in Portugal. She has brilliant energy and I'd recommend her as a teacher and don't hesitate to join one of her retreats

This was my first yoga retreat and it really exceeded all my expectations (which were already high!). The retreat site Vale de Moses is located in a mountain valley, surrounded by trees and river dams. It is a wonderful place to experience and connect with nature, the perfect location for a retreat. I have attended a yoga retreat with Sandra and Hannah in Portugal this year and I can definitely recommend it- I haven't practised for a few years and this experience made me realise how much I and my body miss it. It was very well organised, location stunning and food amazing. The practise every day was very well thought through and adjusted individually. I have joined Sandra for group yoga sessions and day retreats over the years in person and online, which have always brought me to a place of deep connection. Sandras style of yoga was so unique and fresh to me, always keeping me held on all edges of the moment! I have recently had an in person 1-1 session in her garden studio. Sandra is a fabulous teacher; friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed. Her classes are inviting and taught with a friendly smile, a little humour and backed up by a deep understanding of the human body. Having started as a beginner, my yoga, general posture and core strength has massively improved and having suffered with back issues due to a compressed vertebrae, my back and spine now feel strong, flexible and healthy.
