If I could give 0 stars I would. I was sold the Prince2 F&P courses just before January 2024. Little did I know that you have to request 'exam vouchers' to get the course text book and to complete the course, and thanks to a 'glitch' in their systems, which they had well before they sold me the courses, I have not been able to do either. It is now May, and I still don't have the vouchers and apparently I am not eligible for a refund. This company is a scam, they have stolen my money. AVOID.

Study 365 took 152 days to provide me with a voucher I paid for. I was barred from my right to decline it and request a full refund because I bought the voucher over a year at the time of the request. Interestingly, I had requested the voucher for the exam during the period valid for a refund, and the company failed to provide it! My study plan was affected because of the company's incompetence and I can not even have my money back. I am completely unsatisfied with the outcome so far.

Level 3 award in Education and Training course is good one. All topics are very well discussed in video tutorials and it was easy for me to prepare my assessments and micro teaching session. I was able to complete the course online in 3 months and received my certificate safely.
