I have been training at Studio 23 for over 6 years. I usually train with Hannah and Ben , both who are complete legends. They have always worked round my various small but irritating injuries , sometimes having to adapt whole sessions to accommodate me, which I really appreciate, as itโs kept me being able to keep coming to the gym. You get a real personal service with Studio 23 and I train with lovely people in my small group training sessions. ๐๐

Have only been going to StudioTwenty3 for 2 months but I already feel like a different person I have more energy, sleep better and have MUCH less cravings. I have even toned a bit! All the trainers are fun, enthusiastic and very very motivating. They adjust to our niggles and pace, but they make us sweat for sure! Signing out was the best decision ever!

Studio Twenty 3 is a fantastic studio. Everyone is friendly, understanding, motivational and responsive. Gareth runs a great business and is always happy and available to answer questions or assist. The trainers work to fit each session to your needs, and regardless of who you have, they're all equally qualified and excellent. My wife and I work mostly with Jamie and Andrew and we've never had better trainers. I'd highly recommend this studio to anyone.

I was recommended by a good friend to join ST3 because I needed help both physically and mentally. ST3 seemed to have experience with similar people of my age (60). I was impressed by the thoroughness of my initial phone consultation. At my first session, they really probed to understand my fitness goals and understand my past injuries. I was in need of a fitness boost so I signed up for 6 weeks of small group personal training. It was everything I wanted and more. I needed the discipline of turning up to regular training sessions, and I actually began enjoying going to the gym twice a week. This has made me feel fitter, healthier and stronger thanks to good workouts and a good group of friendly people wanting to train with me.
