Studio Thirteen Salon

I would like to say that I was booked for a lash lift and tint and received no results. I paid £45 and my lashes looked exactly the same as before! I would like to add I left the salon with dye and sticky white stuff on my eyelids as the lash technician did not clean my eyelids! I feel like there was no care at all since she did not clean around my eyes and the dye was all over, so very obvious (I have pics) I asked for a partial refund and she was happy to do so but I do have to say I am...

I took part in Ellies classic eyelash training earlier this month. I wanted to say what a great experience this was. Ellie is not only very knowledgeable about her craft, she is a very good teacher. I did not feel rushed or stressed and really enjoyed her teaching me. As a result I have come away feeling more than confident to carry out my case studies and provide treatments to my clients. Had my eyelashes done many times with different people and I've never seen anyone like this one. Very moody girl I did not have the chance to check my eyelashes when she finished as she (her name is Ellie) rushes you out of the salon to get her next customer. For a full set of lashes she takes just over one hour. When I got back home many lashes (from the outer corner specially) were gone and looking closer I could see how bad the lashes were. I have been going to Ellie at Studio Thirteen for my lashes for years! She always does an amazing job, my lashes always look fresh and natural and the retention is amazing. I travel 30 miles to see her because of this. Ellie is also really lovely to chat to, I always enjoy my visits and look forward to the next one. The salon is decorated beautifully and in a good location for the town centre if you fancied a bit if shopping
