  • I am more than happy to give Studio Physique 5 stars and Abby 5 + stars 😊 I first went for a Reformer session shortly after the studio opened to help my back and I am now doing barre and adult ballet classes, my core strength and general all round fitness has vastly improved which is fantastic. Abby is a fabulous teacher which makes each class hard work but also fun, no pain no gain 💪

  • Having recently moved to the area I was thrilled to discover Studio Physique! The Barre classes are invigorating, challenging and lots of fun and I'm so grateful to be a part of what Abby has created. Her warmth, skill and professionalism are a delight, and the studio is light-filled and beautifully resourced. Couldn't recommend it more.

  • I have been doing barre classes with Abby since the studio opened and (although my bizarre facial expressions during the classes may not convey it!) I absolutely love them. I’m more used to weight training, sprint work and HIIT classes but was keen to start a class that would be low impact, improve my posture and flexibility. The barre classes do that and more.   • Had a fantastic session with Abby. Her classes are usually fully booked on a Wednesday evening, but she was very accommodating fitting me into a session when a space became available. Her enthusiasm throughout the session really kept me motivated (even when my legs started to give way!). I would recommend a barre class to anyone at whatever level of fitness.
