  • Brilliant place to suit everyone. Naomi is very supportive and motivating, sharing all her knowledge to help through everyone’s individual journey. Workouts of the Day are my go to, and I absolutely love them. Exercises tailored to each individual’s ability, but you are still pushed slightly out of your comfort zone. Every time leave sweaty, but happier than when I get there!

  • I love Naomi’s classes (except the burpees!). Naomi is motivating, encouraging & keeps you going throughout the class. I’m knocking on a bit 🤣 so Naomi always gives me alternative exercises if I’m struggling with anything. I’d 💯 recommend Naomi as a trainer & these classes.

  • Absolutely love working with Naomi she has transformed how I feel about exercise , and I’m so happy with the results I’m seeing. Her 30 minute sessions are perfect - I’ve never worked so hard but the feeling of accomplishment after her sessions is worth every ounce of sweat!!

  • Naomi is so much more than a coach! She is not only supportive of your physical health but your mental health too. You feel so much better about yourself after a workout and a good chat. Naomi also is a helping hand for new mums; with a welcoming studio that is baby and child friendly, providing help and advice for post pregnancy recovery. I really couldn’t recommend her enough.   • I cannot recommend Naomi of Strong21 enough. I have attended both the classes and 121 coaching. Naomi helped me regain my fitness after pregnancy and taught me how to get the most out of my work outs. Everything is scalable and the environment in the gym is welcoming to all including my son when there was no available childcare. My results speak for themselves. I’m easily fitter and stronger post pregnancy as a result of Naomi’s programming.
