Achieved my Red belt in just a couple of months, no better feeling than being able to do a roundhouse kick properly, before my training i could barely even warm up properly, so much is different now all of it for the better. Need a day specifically for Adults!

Very good Martial Arts club! My son and I have been attending this club for about 2 years now and we are completely happy with it. It's very good value for money, the club is very well equipped, and the teaching is excellent.

Great place to train, Taekwondo is starting on the 19th September as well. First lesson will be free.
