The whole experience was fantastic, I can't fault it at all and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their performance or just interested in finding out more about how they run. I have been to see Mitchell a few times now, both for the running analysis and for therapy. Each time I have come away with something new! The analysis gave me great insight into how to improve my running form , highlighted various weaknesses and I was given exercises to help build strength in areas where I was lacking (and am glad to say that those particular issues have not reoccurred since). I booked the Runners MOT+ as I have a general interest in all things running and was interested to see if I could improve my technique. I was having various running related issues so decided to book an appointment with Mitch at StrideUK to get a full understanding. I opted for the Gold running analysis package which is a full body analysis.
