Stretches & Strokes - Baby And Toddler Classes Swindon

Stretches & Strokes classes are the most lovely groups I've attended as a mum. Sophie is so kind, thoughtful and really brings a warm and relaxed atmosphere with her that puts the mums at ease. We enjoyed Baby Yoga so much that we followed up by booking Music, Movement & Sensory and are about to do out third term. The classes are fun, engaging and so well thought out, especially with all the extra little touches. Absolutely recommend ❤️

Sophie has the most amazing class set up for parents and their little ones. Her classes are such a joy to attend. Sophie’s classes are really lovely and welcoming, we’ve done three terms of yoga and two massage courses and they’ve all been great. They always have a very relaxed and baby led approach so you don’t feel embarrassed or awkward if they’re having a grizzly day or spend half the class feeding. We love Sophie's classes! We have enjoyed baby Yoga, a one off baby massage class, a baby disco class and weekly move and explore sessions. My baby enjoys all the different sensory themed experiences Move and Explore provides each week. The session always has bubbles and relaxing music at the end which mesmerizes him! Thank you to Sophie for providing my baby and I beautiful bonding time and opportunities for us to play and have fun together!

As a first time mum Stretches & Strokes has been an amazing way to build my confidence, meet other mums and enjoy a really lovely baby class!
