Strength Rocks is like no other training. The care and attention to detail that Alex gives is amazing. It’s truly personalised for any shape any size! Motivating you to stay on track whilst avoiding injuries. And the best thing is that we have fun along the way!

I have been training with Alex for the last 5 months, first with bootcamp and now with the Boost programme. My fitness and strength have improved massively and the weight is steadily dropping off. The group sessions have been challenging, varied and fun. Setting goals has helped keep me motivated and reach my full potential. I would highly recommend StrengthRocks to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness or train for an event.

I have worked with Al on the Boost programme for the last two months and I absolutely love it! I am already feeling so much fitter, healthier and more body confident and working with Al is fantastic. He is so supportive and knows how to motivate and push you to reach your goals. I cannot recommend Al and Strength Rocks enough!

I've never worked with PT before, always exercised and needed to get motivated again. Joined Alex's Boost Programme and am loving it! The classes are challenging, different ever session and have definitely motivated me to get back into an exercise regime. I would definitely recommend Alex and Strengthrocks

Have had amazing results with StrengthRocks, through 1:1 Personal Training I have lost 3st, dropped 3 dress sizes, run a half marathon and am stronger than I have ever been.
